How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 7~10 days.
The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days.
You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Q1: What is your lead time?
A1: 25days after receive the advance payment and order confirmed.
Q2: Could you make the lead time shorter cause our order is in urgent?
A2: There are over 20 production lines in our factory so 25 days is just an official reply.
You will always have our prompt quality reply so no more wasted time on the communication.
If your order is in urgent, we are pleased to help you work it out.
Q3: What is your payment terms?
A3: TT, 30% deposit and 70% balance against the B/L copy.
Q4: How about the shipping terms?
A4: FOB QINGDAO, CIF or EX-Works are acceptable as well.
Q5: Do you have any certificates for the products and Audit for the factory?
A5: Yes, of course. We have the material test reports.
Our clients also do the tests themselves, the results are the same: PASSED.
Regarding the audit, we have the Wal-mart audit and Sedex audit as a Sedex member.
